Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL)operates the largest number of refineries in India. It owns and operates 9 of the country’s refineries and additionally has two subsidiaries in the southern region totaling to nearly 80.7 MMTPA of refining capacity. With the objective of meeting the guidelines established in Auto Fuel Policy 2025 wherein it would be required to manufacture 100% BS-VI fuels, IOCL is implementing BS-VI Project at various Indian Oil Refineries at Panipat, Mathura, Vadodara, Haldia, Bongaigaon & Digboi. IOCL has appointed Engineers India Limited as EPCM Consultant contractor for this project.

The scope of supply for Fines Basket Filters & the Water /Resin Hoppers shall include (a) One (1) no. Fines Recovery Basket along-with necessary filtering basket, vessel supports, lifting lugs, earthing lugs, nozzles etc. Filter Vessel shall be
provided with removable top cover flange along with studs bolts/nuts and gaskets.
Material of construction shall be SS304L (b) Three (3) no. SS304L Water /Resin Hopper, necessary supports, lifting lugs, earthing lugs, nozzles etc. One (1) no. common removable tripod (in painted carbon steel construction) shall be provided along-with these three hoppers (c) Foundation bolts and Mandatory Spares.

The scope of services include design, engineering, selection of equipment, design documentation, quality documentation and supervision of installation as required.
