    We have installed and commissioned a new hydrostatic test stand to substantiate our testing infrastructure. This stand is purpose built for handling butt weld ends vessels up to 30” sizes and pressure rating up to ASME Class 1500.

    We have launched a new product range called the IDF Series (Integral Duplex Filters) generally used for hydraulic oil and lube oil applications for continuous flow applications.

    We have designed and developed a prototype Integral Duplex Filter aimed at mainly lube oil and fuel oil applications. This strainer is compact enough to fit in place of simplex strainer but gives the advantage of NIL downtime for cleaning. This indigenously developed strainer is indispensable in continuous flow applications.

    We have designed & developed a prototype torsion spring opening cover to facilitate easier maintenance of strainers (covers up to 50kg). This is also intended to minimize effort and downtime for cleaning of strainer elements.

    A red letter day in the history of Sungov Engineering Private Limited! We were awarded the notably stringent PED 97/23/EC Module H certification by TUV Nord allowing us to ‘Design, manufacture and supply industrial strainers and filters’ conforming to PED directives (CE Marking). From market sources, we have understood that we are the only India-based strainer and filter manufacturer who are (self) certified to supply CE marked strainers and filters.
